Athento Cloud Recovery Plan

Athento implements Backup Policies that allow for the recovery and continuation of the service.

Data Recovery

• In the event of a catastrophic system failure, a backup copy will be made available to users within 3 working days.
• In the event of a non-catastrophic system failure, the data will be made available to users within 1 working day.

 Data Recovery Plan

Functional replicas of production servers are created according to an automated process. In the event of a system failure, the following plan will be followed:

1. A replica instance is provided: The functional replica of the production server will be made available to users so they can make use of the service.
2. Migration to a production environment: The replica machines will be migrated to a data center that can offer the very best service to clients.

This Recovery Plan is a semi-automatic process.
