Data ownership

Any data that has been uploaded to the cloud by users of Athento belongs to said users; and, as such, Athento assumes no responsibility for its nature or content.

Level 3 documents under the Spanish Organic Data Protection Law (LOPD)

It is strongly recommended that users NOT upload any data that is catalogued as Level 3 of the LOPD. Should the client upload these types of documents, Athento will not guarantee compliance with security measures of data which should be carried out, by law, with information of this nature.

Location of Servers

For our clients in Spain and the European Union, the infrastructure in which Athento is housed is in Spain and France. Our clients located in North America are provided with storage service housed on Canadian and American servers.
