Creating and customizing your document types

From now on, you can create as fast as ever any document type you want. A basic document won't take more than 4 minutes and it'll be ready to use!

You can customize:

• Fields or properties (metadata)
• Facets (behaviors)
• Content lifecycle

Extended Configuration

There's no need to edit .properties files in the server anymore. Configuration options can be set up from the UI wihout requering booting the system. 

Above you can see how it is possible in Rhombus to define parameters that can be set up from the user interface of Athento ECM or Nuxeo EP.

This is how you will see the set up form in Athento ECM or Nuxeo.

Vocabularies

Vocabularies are lists of values than can be used to populate a document property or field in Athento ECM or Nuxeo EP. Vocabularies can be created nos from Rhombus without programming XML files.

Project Features

In order to make easier to manage all your projects in Rhombus, there are the following features available:

• Existing projects importing
• Exporting a project as a .jar (plugin) file or as a zip file (addons).
• You can share a project with other team members
